I ordered from lakersstore.com. My stuff did arrive, but it took longer than the checkout estimate. Tracking also didn’t update for a few days. That was annoying. The package was in good shape when it got here. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish the shipping was more clear and reliable.

Not gonna lie, I was happy with the Lakers hoodie I ordered from lakersstore.com. It showed up as expected, the quality feels decent, and the logo looks clean in person.
The main downside for me is definitely the price. Even the more basic stuff feels a little expensive, and once shipping gets added, it starts to feel like a lot. I only ended up buying because there was a small discount going on.
I’d probably order again if there’s a decent sale, especially if I really like something. But at full price, I don’t think it’s the best value.

The shirt looks nice, but the fit was smaller than I expected, or actually, it was more snug than I usually like. I’d probably order one size up next time.

I tried to get help with my order and it turned into such a hassle. I spent ages waiting in the support queue, then when I finally got a response, it was just some basic reply that didn’t really answer what I asked.

I know places get busy, but it really felt like nobody actually read my messages. After waiting around and getting nowhere, I was just frustrated. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their support...

In the end, the items inside were totally fine, which is what mattered most. The box did show up a little dented, so the packaging wasn’t perfect, but it didn’t cause any damage.

I found what I was looking for easily, and checkout was fine. I never really trust all the super polished “we make it seamless” type stuff companies say, but in this case the site did what it needed to do without much hassle

I was let down by the selection on lakersstore.com. You’d think the official Lakers store would have a solid range of gear, but a lot of the stuff I actually wanted was either missing or only available in odd sizes. They seem to have the basic items covered, sure, but there’s not much variety beyond that. I expected way more options.

I ordered a Lakers jersey and at first glance it looks decent. The tags and stitching seem legit, and it’s close to my old one when I compare them, but something about the plain packaging just threw me off. For the price, I expected to feel way more confident about what I was getting. Shipping was fine, but I feel kind of stupid for just trusting them without looking into it more. It’s not terrible, I’m just not 100% convinced.

Every person I talked to seemed to pass it off to someone else, like nobody actually wanted to take ownership of the problem. On top of all that, I still had to pay for shipping. Really disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from lakersstore.com again.
